Heat Treatment In-Charge
Oversee and manage all heat treatment operations, ensuring correct metallurgical processes and compliance with railway casting standards.
Moulding In-Charge
Lead the moulding department, supervise sand moulding operations, manage team output, and maintain production schedules for casting moulds.
Quality Inspector
Inspect castings at each production stage, ensure compliance with IS/RDSO standards, document inspection reports, and coordinate with the production team.
General Manager
Oversee all plant operations, production planning, quality, and team leadership. Drive operational excellence and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies.
Store In-Charge
Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, coordinate with procurement and production teams, maintain stock records and ensure timely availability.
Marketing Manager
Develop and execute marketing strategies for LCPL's casting products, manage client relationships, handle tenders, and expand market presence in railway and industrial sectors.
